Twenty Four Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 9, 2026

Scope and contact

This policy applies to Twenty Four, the Flutter-based Android game operated by an individual under the name Alpaca Apps. It is separate from the main website privacy policy. Contact alpacacommunity@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests.

Game data and Google Play Games

Twenty Four uses Google Play Games for sign-in, leaderboards, and cloud saves. These features process player identifiers, profile information made available by Google, scores, and saved gameplay data. Leaderboards can display your player name and score to other players according to your Google Play Games profile and visibility settings. Cloud saves are stored through Google's services rather than only on your device.

The app also stores data on your device to support gameplay. Clearing app data may remove local progress and settings but does not automatically delete cloud saves or leaderboard records. Google handles its account credentials; do not send us your Google password.

Advertising and technical information

Twenty Four displays ads using Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK can process IP addresses, device and advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostic information, and information about ad delivery and performance. These support advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and service operation. An IP address may be used to estimate location. Actual processing depends on the SDK, configuration, and applicable settings. See Google Mobile Ads data disclosures and how Google uses information from partner apps.

Twenty Four does not use Unity services, Firebase Analytics, or Firebase Crashlytics. AdMob and Google Play may still process usage and diagnostic information for their own service functions. The game has no in-app purchases.

Providers and sharing

The app uses AdMob and Google Play services, including Google Play Games. See Google's privacy policy. Information is processed to provide gameplay features, show and measure ads, and maintain security and reliability. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

Privacy choices

Twenty Four currently has no in-app advertising consent or privacy-settings control. Device and Google account settings may provide advertising and Play Games privacy controls; these do not necessarily stop all advertising-related processing. You can manage your Play Games profile and associated game data through Google's available controls. Privacy choices on alpaca-apps.com do not control the app. Merely using the app or reading this policy does not grant consent where separate consent is required.

Retention and deletion

Local app data remains until removed by you, the app, or the operating system. Google manages cloud game data and advertising records under its policies and applicable account controls; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion period for Google's records. Removing local app data or uninstalling the app does not necessarily remove records held by Google.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments. We use them to handle your enquiry. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, with enough detail to identify the relevant records. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims. We cannot delete your Google account or promise deletion of data controlled independently by Google.

International processing and security

Google may process information outside your country. See Google's international-transfer information for its safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and the right to complain to a data protection authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. Rights may be subject to conditions and exceptions.

Children's privacy

Twenty Four is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without permission required by applicable law, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Changes and related terms

Changes will appear here with a revised effective date. See the Twenty Four Terms of Use for terms relating to the game.
