Count Bricks Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 9, 2026

Scope and contact

This policy applies to Count Bricks, the Flutter-based Android game operated by an individual under the name Alpaca Apps. It is separate from the main website privacy policy. Contact alpacacommunity@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests.

Game data and Google Play Games

Count Bricks uses Google Play Games for player services, including leaderboards and achievements. These features process player identifiers, profile information made available by Google, scores, and achievement progress. Leaderboards can display your player name and score to other players according to your Google Play Games profile and visibility settings.

Count Bricks does not offer cloud saves. Gameplay progress and settings are stored locally on your device; scores and achievements submitted to Google Play Games are separate online records. Clearing app data may remove local progress and settings but does not automatically delete Google Play Games records. Google handles its account credentials; do not send us your Google password.

Advertising and technical information

Count Bricks displays ads using Google AdMob. The Google Mobile Ads SDK can process IP addresses, device and advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostic information, and information about ad delivery and performance. These support advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, and service operation. An IP address may be used to estimate location. Actual processing depends on the SDK, configuration, and applicable settings. See Google Mobile Ads data disclosures and how Google uses information from partner apps.

Count Bricks is built with Flutter and does not use Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics. AdMob and Google Play may still process usage and diagnostic information for their service functions. The game offers purchases of in-game diamonds through Google Play.

In-app purchases

Google Play processes purchases of in-game diamonds under its own terms and privacy policy. Purchase status and transaction identifiers may be processed to provide or verify purchased items. Payment details are handled through Google Play; do not send us payment-card information by email.

Providers and sharing

The app uses AdMob and Google Play services, including Google Play Games. See Google's privacy policy. Information is processed to provide gameplay features, show and measure ads, and maintain security and reliability. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to establish or defend legal claims.

Privacy choices

Count Bricks currently has no in-app advertising consent or privacy-settings control. Device and Google account settings may provide advertising and Play Games privacy controls; these do not necessarily stop all advertising-related processing. You can manage your Play Games profile and associated game data through Google's available controls. Privacy choices on alpaca-apps.com do not control the app. Merely using the app or reading this policy does not grant consent where separate consent is required.

Retention and deletion

Local app data remains until removed by you, the app, or the operating system. Google manages Play Games, purchase, and advertising records under its policies and applicable account controls; this policy does not promise a fixed deletion period for Google's records. Removing local app data or uninstalling the app does not necessarily remove records held by Google.

If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and any attachments. We use them to handle your enquiry. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold, with enough detail to identify the relevant records. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or claims. We cannot delete your Google account or promise deletion of data controlled independently by Google.

International processing and security

Google may process information outside your country. See Google's international-transfer information for its safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and the right to complain to a data protection authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. Rights may be subject to conditions and exceptions.

Children's privacy

Count Bricks is intended for a general audience and is not specifically directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without permission required by applicable law, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

Changes and related terms

Changes will appear here with a revised effective date. See the Count Bricks Terms of Use for terms relating to the game.
